At Pallium Academy, we strive to provide high-quality educational experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to ensure our refund and return policies are fair and transparent.
π³ Refund Policy for Online Courses
Most of our online courses are free. For paid courses:
- Full Refund: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
- No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued after 7 days or if significant course progress has been made.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent access to the course, please contact us. We will work to resolve the issue or offer a refund if necessary.
π§βπ« Refund Policy for Hybrid Training Programs
Hybrid programs involve both online and in-person components. Due to the nature of these programs:
- Full Refund: Available if cancellation is made at least 10 days before the in-person session begins.
- Partial Refund: 50% refund if cancellation is made within 5β9 days before the session.
- No Refund: No refunds for cancellations made less than 5 days before the session or after the program has started.
π Course Transfers
If you are unable to attend a hybrid session, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future session (subject to availability). Transfer requests must be made at least 5 days in advance.
